The 2019 Atomic and Molecular Interactions Group (AMIG) Summer Meeting will take place on the 5th and 6th of September at the University of Birmingham, directly following the International conference on Quantum, Atomic, and Molecular Physics (QuAMP 2019). The AMIG summer meeting, which is held annually, aims to bring together scientists (particularly from the UK and Ireland) working on interactions involving electrons, positrons, photons, ions, atoms, molecules and more, with an emphasis on young researchers. Postgraduate students and postdoctoral research associates are particularly encouraged to attend and apply for oral presentations. The format of the meeting consists of four sessions, each with an invited talk followed by oral presentations, and a poster session.
